Boil your quinoa in filtered water for 5 minutes then cover and put on low for 10 minutes. While that is cooking, cook your eggs (1 egg and 4 egg whites). When it is all done, combine quinoa, eggs, stevia sweetened chocolate chips–ENJOY! It’s chocolatey, filling and packed full of nutrients and protein 🙂
