Steam the broccoli and drain/squeeze out water. Mix all ingredients together. Make into small patties and place it on the grill. Use a griddle or bake it 400 degrees for 15 minutes on each side.
These are perfect to help you feel fuller longer with low fat and low carbs. Each fritter has about 5 grams of protein. I added marinara to mine one day and avocado the next day.
